Uber Nears €12.5 Billion Deal to Acquire Delivery Hero
Uber is close to finalizing a €12.5 billion acquisition of Delivery Hero, with an announcement expected soon. As part of the deal, Delivery Hero will sell its Turkish unit Yemeksepeti and several European businesses to an investment firm.
