La Russie a rappelé son ambassadeur en Arménie pour des consultations à Moscou à la suite de tensions croissantes avec l'Arménie en raison de la transition de ce dernier vers des liens plus étroits avec l'Europe. Cette démarche diplomatique souligne les relations tendues entre les deux pays du Caucase du Sud.
